1-letter paste from clip list.......... M8 Software says... You can already do that - see options View on the tools menu

Have alphabetic keyboard pasting characters (as in 25 Clips) -- clips labeled A thru Z, can paste by just typing that letter.

Aha! I assumed that Tools|Options(General) would include all options that apply to all Views, so I didn't see tha Paste Letter option. And now I notice that I CAN set an option common to all views...but it's only on the Option(View 1) screen. That's a problem when there are lots of options: finding them! (But I must say that M8 does a better job with this than many products.)
